Luxy Thrift has a multi step inspection process to ensure our clothing is either in good, excellent condition, or brand new with tags. All items are sorted, individually inspected and laundered, before being added to our inventory. Items will be sent to you, free of stains, damage, or funky smells!

Items are sized as they are marked on their original garment tag. Specific measurements for each item will be found under the individual item description. Please refer to our sizing chart to see how we measure. If you require further measurements on an item please e-mail:

New with tags items are items that are just that, brand new with the original retail tag attached, but at a fraction of the cost! Enjoy massive discounts on items you’d find in traditional retail stores.

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please see returns page for instructions on processing a return. Currently, we do not offer return labels.
