We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. All Shipping and handling costs will be incurred by the customer, not Luxy Thrift. Luxy Thrift is not responsible for returned packages that do not reach us, please retain your proof of shipping. Returns are processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed you will be sent an email confirmation. Refunds will be given to the original form of payment. Please be aware our warehouse is in Canada.
All returned items must be in original condition which they were sent in. New with tags items must have tags still attached as-well. Any items of clothing returned with makeup and/or other stains or holes, etc will automatically be rejected and returned to you.
